Join us tomorrow as we each share our thoughts on “How might we leverage or scale up authentic assessment models to challenge standardized tests?” What do you think–can we leverage great assessments to replace the high stakes standardized ones currently in place?
We’d love for you to go to our future topics page and add ideas or questions or issues you’d like to see addressed in this blog. Join us in the conversations and share your ideas for being a catalyst, too.
I would love to hear how others are, leveraging or scaling up authentic assessment models to challenge standardized tests. Been on my mind this year more about project based learning and with NY State at least entertaining the idea of cutting some of their Regents exams because of financial issues, wondering what others are doing to create assessments to accurately measure, but also push students learning towards creativity and innovation (yes, in school).
Thanks @paulawhite for tweet.
