Yesterday @russgoerend tweeted: So most conferences have Sessions. Some have Conversations. Who wants to lead some Actions?
People all over are calling for actions behind the words that have been calling for action. So will you share how you are acting out on your words? Will you give the rest of us additional strategies to build new ways for schools, to honor students, to support learning and growing and living together?
You can do that by participating in “Blogging For Real Reform–The Sequel” sometime the last week of December, before January 1, 2011. Then post your blog link at this Cooperative Catalyst blog post and we’ll compile them so they can all be found more easily.
Post your ideas to ”our collective ACTION PLAN for re-tooling, re-inventing, and re-imagining what we’re going to do to turn the corner on 21st century learning.” (via @ColonelB) Share how you are ACTING to change the education for your students. . . for your own children. . . for the world.
Join us, won’t you, and use the hashtag #blog4reform on Twitter so we can find all the posts.
I really like this idea.
Posted by johntspencer | December 14, 2010, 8:01 amFantastic! Conferences, sessions, and conversations are wonderful…but at some point it is time for all of us to move to action. I am excited to see what everyone is up to!
